Comments: This is the Universal Waite Tarot deck with generous (and well-written) text top & bottom by Ellen Lytle. Here is the text from the Magician:
Upright: "You are well-suited for business, science & high-tech fields. You are a risk-taker and an overachiever, highly organized with tremendous powers of concentration. You are flexible and creative. Determination and the strength of your personality will overcome problems. Take charge and take action. The card of personal power."
Reversed: "You may be selfish and manipulative in a relentless pursuit of money. You attempt to control or deceive others. You don't recognize good opportunities when you see them. Lack of clear thinking. You refuse to accept the reality of the situation. No control over bad luck, but it will eventually go away. Indecision, anxiety and distraction plague you."
This is an excellent first tarot deck.
