Comments: From the introduction, on page 3: The symbol on the cards shows what every man has within himself but does not always succeed in admitting or expressing. The symbolic language of the Native Americans was chosen for this pack because it is extremely profound yet also very direct, being linked closely to the rhythms of the sky, the seasons and animal and plant life, gifted with a soul and an integral part of everything, just like man. Myself, I'm a city boy.

There are 33 cards, representing the cyclical number of the sun (?). Cards are grouped in 3 series: Two of twelve cards each, representing the number of moons in a year (this is incorrect: There are 13 moons in a year): The first 12 card series, 2 - 13, represent totemic animals. The second set of twelve, 21 - 32, represent earth & ritual objects. In between are seven cards, representing the seven directions & the seven gods of the natives. The first card represents the heavens, while the last one, the Shaman, represents free will.

Each of the cards are described in the book, and for each is given: Key word, Symbolism of the card, Teachings, Divinatory meaning, Time for realization (annual season). There follows divinatory meanings for each card when in each of four positions on two separate four card layouts, Four Clans & Four Seasons. In the back of the book are several other, undefined, layout suggestions.
