These used books are, for the most part, one of a kind, so it's first come, first served. For books still in print, the price is usually half the current price of the book as new. For out of print books, prices vary. We are neither a dollar bookstore nor an antiquarian book dealer. I have tried to keep prices moderate. Books are in no order. Please DO NOT order by number. They are for our use with inventory management.

	6-1. used: ASTROLOGY IN THE KITCHEN: Exotic recipies, menus & table settings to please the palate as well as the planets - Maria Kozslik Donovan, $10.00 Doubleday & Company. 227 pages, hardcover with dustjacket. Condition: good. Printed: 1971. Recipies are sophisticated & international in scope. For Aries, they include: Japanese vinegared cockles, Truffles (or mushrooms) with brains, Mushrooms paprika, Sardines "golden horn" (Turkish), Steamed asparagus souffle, Spring chicken "bonne femme", Balinese chicken rice, Chicken in whole coconut, Bombay chicken pepper, Mutton ragout, Green peas with ham (piselli con prosciutto). If my taste buds were not defective, I'd gladly have this in my own library.

	6-3. used: MEDITATIONS ON THE SIGNS OF THE ZODIAC - John Jocelyn, $8.00 The Naylor Company. 211 pages, hardcover. Condition: good. Printed: 1966. On the cover you might dimly make out a Latin cross inside a heart, surrounded with fire, surrounded by radiant sunbeams. The book is not Christian per se, but metaphysical generally. Some underlining.

	6-6. used: THE ASTROLOGER'S MANUAL: An in-depth illustrated approach to astrology for the Age of Aquarius - Landis Knight Green, $8.00 Arco Publishing. 255 pages. Condition: good. Printed: 1977.

	6-9. used: SUN-SIGN REVELATIONS - Maria Elise Crummere, $8.00 Viking. 158 pages, hardcover with dustjacket. Condition: good. Printed: 1974. On the cover it says, An unusual, practical, revealing, unflattering, lighthearted astrological guide to the perverse personalities of our friends, our enemies & ourselves ...which may be sumarized as cattiness. Always refreshing in small doses.

	6-10. used: THE WILDMAN, THE EARTH & THE STARS: An astrology of masculine archetypes - Daniel E. Lorey, $8.00 Delphi Press. 250 pages. Condition: good. Printed: 1994.

	6-11. used: WOMAN'S ASTROLOGY: Your astrological guide to a future worth having - Tiffany Holmes, $8.00 EP Dutton. 301 pages. Condition: poor: loose pages. Printed: 1977.

	6-16. used: TABLES OF MIDHEAVENS & ASCENDANTS - Ernest A. Grant, $8.00 AFA. 130 pages. Condition: good. Printed: 1987. The author was one of the founders of the AFA in 1938. He died in 1968.

	6-17. used: THE ASTROLOGY DIET - Jon Stevens, $8.00 Freedom-Life Books. 272 pages. Condition: good. Printed: 1985. Not sure how practical this book is. Here are the recommendations for Gemini: Broccoli, casaba melons, cauliflower, eggs, grapefruit, honeydew melons, lemon, persimmon, pimento, pineapple, quince & natural sweeteners. On the other hand, the goal of the book is to loose weight.

	6-20. used: THE STARS IN YOUR FAMILY - Sylvia Friedman, $8.00 Hay House. 369 pages. Condition: good. Printed: 1995. The 144 combinations of child sign with parent sign, ie, the Taurus child with the Sagittarius mother or father.

	84. used: PLANETS IN ASPECT - Robert Pelletier, $10.00 Para Research, 339 pages, hardcover with dustjacket. Condition: good, with underlining & marginal notes. Printed: 1974 (first edition).
