Magi Society Books 

The Magi Society is an ancient, secret, group of Chinese astrologers who have recently (1995) decided to go public.  A friend in the group's New York office says they were founded in 1625.  In recent times they were headquartered in Hong Kong, presumably moving there to escape Mao's revolution.  When Hong Kong became part of the mainland in 1998, they moved again, this time to Singapore.

Is this the "real" Chinese astrology, or just a branch of it?  We do not yet know.  What we do know is that, based on the Magi books, Chinese astrology is much more alive & dynamic than we ever imagined.  It's also very unlike anything in Western or Vedic astrology.

A century ago saw the discovery of Vedic astrology by the west.  Now we have the start of Chinese astrology.  The Magi Society promises two more books in addition to the three already in print.  This is an exciting time for astrology -
